Denise Knipe

Having started my planning career in the Public Sector, I am well equipped to navigate through the minefield of the planning process and political challenges. I still provide Development Control services for a number of East Midlands Local Planning Authorities delivering their planning function which keeps my knowledge on Regulations and Legislation current.

Since crossing over to the Private Sector in 2015, I have quickly established successful working relationships with a number of corporate development companies, architects and local builders. I have achieved planning permission on large mixed use schemes, student accommodation, housing developments, commercial/industrial schemes, offices, country park and open spaces and undertaken Appeal work, for both clients and LPAs.

My Interests: Travelling in my T5 camper van, Thai Boxing and Yoga.
