We are delighted to announce that Aspbury Planning on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, have secured outline planning consent for a 60 bed Assisted Living Accommodation in Eastwood.

The Site will be developed with a mix of 1 and 2 bed apartments to be retained by NCC. The Site is part of an allocation with permission secured by APL in 2022 for 110 dwellings on the former school site. The Site had its challenges due to the dramatic change in levels, which is why we advised the client to split into two applications. It also allowed the housing scheme to be released to market last year.
