Housing Land Supply Audits

We are experienced in carrying out complex housing land supply audits.  Our service includes reviewing local planning authority methodology for calculating land supply and residual housing requirements, before assessing the deliverability of specific housing sites based on grounds of availability, viability and suitability for development.

We have recently undertaken a housing land supply audit on behalf of Gladman Property Developments in Mansfield.  The results of these respective audits will be used to support proposals for residential housing in each area.
