Planning Enforcement

Planning Enforcement is undertaken by the Local Authority and is the process of investigating and taking action against unauthorised developments and/or breach of planning conditions.

This may include applying for retrospective planning permission, negotiating to vary planning conditions or appealing an enforcement notice.
