Environmental Impact Assessments

Most planning applications for larger projects will require the submission of an Environmental Impact Assessment.

We are experienced in seeking ‘screening and scoping opinions’ from the relevant authorities, under the Environmental Impact Regulations, and can organise and co-ordinate a team in drawing up the EIA or, if someone else is preparing it, provide the necessary town planning input.
