Heritage Impact Assessments

Heritage Impact Assessments are always required to support Listed Building applications and frequently required for applications affecting a conservation area.

We can produce a Heritage Impact Assessment which considers the significance of a heritage asset and/or its setting in relation to a proposal.  These assessments provide the decision maker with enough information to understand the impact of a proposal on the significance of any listed building or conservation area (heritage assets).

We can also provide advice or input on any other development proposals relating to the historic environment or works to a listed building.
