Local Plan Representations

Spatial planning in the UK is based on a system of local ‘Development Plans’ created through a process that involves public participation.  Monitoring plans as they emerge gives us information that is vital to providing the best advice to our clients and enables us to be proactive in the plan-making process.

We are experienced in promoting a range of sites through the Local Plan process.  We can make representations to emerging documents during the early and subsequent stages in respect of particular sites, topics or policies and also represent clients at a development plan’s examination stage (if required).
