Brief Description:

Engaged to act as agent midway through the planning process following hand over of site to new owner. There was an extant permission for 46 dwellings on a former employment allocation and a s106 which rendered the scheme unviable. Following a viability exercise the Council’s planning committee was able to support the proposal subject to a revised appraisal at reserved matters.
