Brief Description:

The former layout of the care home allows for a ‘clustering’ approach dividing the building into secure groups of 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms with access to a shared kitchen/diner and two bathrooms. The scheme will add to Leicester’s housing stock and provide affordable accommodation in a highly sustainable location, close to the City Centre, public transport and employment. A S106 was prepared by Josh Morley at Shakespeare Martineau for Green Space contributions.
