Harry Phillips

Prior to joining Aspbury Planning in September 2025, I began my career as a graduate planner with a specialist design and business consultancy, before moving into a graduate infrastructure planner role. There, I gained wide‑ranging experience delivering for statutory undertaker clients, including permitted development, planning applications, and Environmental Impact Assessments. I love the breadth of planning and the built environment, and I’m driven by delivering clients complex requirements into practical outcomes.

Outside of work, I’m a keen rower. Having started at University I have since gone on to compete internationally.
