We’re a respected Nottingham-based consultancy with a strong reputation and exciting plans for expansion. We’re looking for an RTPI Chartered Town Planner (or someone working towards accreditation) with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in consultancy or local authority.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in our team, managing your own caseload and contributing to the growth of the practice. Responsibilities include:

• Providing expert planning advice to a diverse client base
• Preparing and managing planning applications, including major developments
• Handling appeals, hearings, and public inquiries
• Submitting Certificates of Lawfulness and Local Plan representations
• Coordinating input from external consultants
• Negotiating with local authorities and statutory bodies
• Preparing and presenting professional reports
